We choose your niche together
Not a list of fifty ideas to pick from alone. We look at what you already know, what the English SERPs will actually let you into, and what pays. Then we choose one and commit.
One-to-one
This is the closest thing to me sitting next to you. There is no cohort, no drip schedule, and no “module 4 unlocks Tuesday.” You bring one project. We build it together, decision by decision, and I don't leave when the calendar says the year is over.

Which registrar. Which host. Whether this article is worth writing. Whether to wait another month before applying. These small calls are where most projects quietly die.
One fee, one year of continuous access on paper. In practice I stay until you reach income. That has been true for everyone so far.
You talk to me. Not a support account, not a community manager, not a bot trained on my videos.
Course videos

01
A long first conversation about your background, your time, your budget and what you actually want out of this. Sometimes it ends with me saying the VIP course is enough for you.
02
We shortlist topics, test them against real English search data, and settle on one. Then we register the domain and set the site up while you watch how each decision is made.
03
Site structure, the content model, the first batch of articles, and the publishing rhythm. You do the work; I review it and tell you what to change.
04
When the site is genuinely ready, not before, we go through AdSense approval together, including whatever gets rejected the first time.
05
Off-page work, English keyword research at depth, and the slow work of raising what each thousand visits is worth.
06
Cashing out, scaling the site, and deciding whether project two is worth starting. This part is where most people are abandoned. It's where I'm still around.
How Google pays publishers, the ways people earn from it, and which of them still work in 2026. Also the honest failure rates.
Low competition versus high value, site types, realistic monthly costs, and matching a topic to what you personally can sustain writing about.
What to check before you buy, what will cause problems in month eight, and the setup decisions that are painful to reverse.
What your site has to look like to be taken seriously by both a reader and a reviewer. Design as an approval factor, not decoration.
Theory then practice: Google's own suggestions, Keyword Planner, KWFinder, Keywordtool and Similarweb, and reading intent rather than volume.
What to publish on the English web and how to separate pages so they don't compete. Includes writing with AI without producing what Google discards.
Where to get placements, what they cost, when to start, and how much is too much. Plus free UGC and social surfaces that still carry weight.
AdSense registration end to end, current documentation requirements, registering with a reputable MCN, and the routes for cashing out.

Thirteen years of SEO, search direction for national news agencies, and sites that earn in dollars today. Based in Istanbul since 2022, and reachable until you reach income.
It depends on scope, so I don't publish a number that would be wrong for half the people reading it. Message me on Telegram, describe your situation, and you'll get a straight figure, not a sales sequence.
Yes. One fee covers a year of continuous access on paper. In practice I stay reachable until you reach income, and I have never charged anyone twice for that.
Honestly: usually somewhere between six and twelve months for a first project, and that assumes consistent work. Anyone quoting you eight weeks is selling.
No. Complete beginners are fine, the trade-off is that they need more hours. If you already do SEO or write content, you'll move considerably faster.
It isn't a blocker. Iran Adsense exists specifically to solve the payout problem, and we cover the available routes during the mentoring.
Message me on Telegram. I take a small number at a time because the format only works if I have real hours for each person. If there's a wait, I'll tell you how long.
Message me and describe your situation. I'd rather talk you out of the wrong choice than take the money.
